Berbere spice is a spice blend from Ethiopia, which is located on the horn of Africa. Our spice has a rich red color and has a rustic flavor. It is normally used in a popular traditional Ethiopian dish called Doro wat. Berbere is used in making all kinds of sauces, fish, vegetables grilled meat, pork, stews and so much more.
