WHAT IS SHITO?
Shito means peppers in Ga language spoken in the capital of Ghana. Shito (black pepper) is a condiment made with onions, peppers, dry fish, prawns and other special spices cooked in vegetable oils for a long time to achieve its black colour. Pinch of Africa Shito not only comes with smooth fish but chunks of dry shrimps and fish as well which is packed with flavors and deliciousness. It is served with almost everything like rice, kenkey, fish, yams, etc.
